The neutral salt spray test is the baseline sprayed solution corrosion test (test method NF X 41-002).
Accelerated corrosive attacks are produced by pumping a pure solution of sodium chloride into a chamberfrom 1000 to 2000 liters, kept at 35°C.
The conditions generated inside the corrosion chambers are checked regularly to guarantee the repeatability of the tests.
