SERCOVAM's sensorial analysis laboratory features a climate-controlled evaluation room that contains eight rating booths (see photo) and an independent preparation room.
The sensorial evaluation is determined by five trained and qualified testers whose performance and abilities are regularly checked.
The testing considers two criteria: evaluation of the odour intensity and identification of the type of odour. The evaluations are performed on materials or parts, contained in jars or bags.
