Photo-ageing tests in ultraviolet light simulate and accelerate, in the laboratory, the natural ageing induced by solar radiation and climatic conditions.
SERCOVAM has a unique UV laboratory equipped with 27 instruments that can perform almost all the test methods in this field. It owns the CI 3000, CI 35, XENOTEST 150S, CXW, etc ... specified by automotive test methods, in addition to a CLIMATRON of the type used in the building or electronics sector, and a SUNTEST to study the behaviour of cosmetic products or packaging.
The Cestas laboratory is accredited by the COFRAC, and is recognised by the major French and international car manufacturers.
