<font color="#3B3B3C"> RAIL INDUSTRY TESTS<br>27/04/2010 <br> SHOCK AND VIBRATION TESTS<br> The international standard ISO EN 61373 (IEC 61373 and NF F01-373) Shock and vibration tests defines parameters to validate equipment, parts or compounds used in the rail industry which can be subjected to vibration or shock during their use. The procedures and test conditions for testing shock and bump are specified in standards ISO Environmental testing IEC 60068-2-27 (Test Ea) and ISO IEC 60068-2-29 (Test Eb); the test conditions for vibration tests are described in ISO IEC 60068-2-64 (Test Fh) or ISO IEC 60068-2-6 (Test Fc) Vibration (sinusoidal), among others. The SERCOVAM vibration lab equipment pool includes 7 vibration electrodynamics’ shakers, capacity up to 36 kN and can be coupled with tables to perform random and sinusoidal signals according to three axes (x, y, z). These vibration tests can also be performed in hot and / or cold climatic environment (-40 ° C / +140 ° C).</font>
